Date: January 19, 2006 2:08:31 PM CET
The package described below has been updated at tug.ctan.org and should soon be at your favorite mirror. Thank you, Jim Hef{}feron ====================================================================== The following information was provided by the package's contributor. Name of contribution: NCCTOOLS bundle Author's name: Alexander I Rozhenko Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/ncctools Summary description: Release 3.5 License type: lppl Announcement text given by the package's contributor:
This is the significant release of the bundle. The bug in the nccthm package that occasionally appears in the previous release was fixed. The addtopackage package introduced in the previous release and its \AddToPackage command are renamed to afterpackage and \AfterPackage respectively. New names more exactly reflect the meaning of the package. I did it because the package is a new enough and I think it is used rarely yet. In nccfloats package, the syntax of \FloatStyle is expanded with optional float-type parameter. Float styles are applied now to the base floating environment also. The generic \newminifloat command is introduced. In nccsect package, \SetTOCStyle and \ChapterPrefixStyle commands are introduced. They are moved from ncclatex bundle. Section style creation commands \newhangsectionstyle and \newplainsectionstyle are introduced. They essentially improve the possibility of making new section styles such as sections with marginal section numbers, flushed right section headers and many others. The 'centerlast' section style is introduced. The customization of section and caption tag suffices is now allowed with \sectiontagsuffix and \captiontagsuffix commands. Margins of display sections can be adjusted using the \adjustsectionmargins command. Compatibility with xtab package is added. Caption width can now exceed a line width.
