Winfonts – Use fonts distributed with Windows XP

The bundle provides the files necessary to use the TrueType fonts Arial, Comic Sans, Courier New, Franklin Gothic, Georgia, Palatino Linotype, Tahoma, Times and Verdana as text fonts in T1 encoding. It also provides the means to use the fonts Wingding and Webdings as symbol fonts.

All these fonts are distributed with Windows XP; it is possible to use them directly with pdf. The MiK previewer yap will also use the fonts if they are called up in a DVI file; however, there is no provision for creating PostScript files that use the fonts.
