zhspacing is a CJK typesetting package for all document formats running XeTeX engine. This original author is Yin Dian. We have been maintaining this outside of CTAN for a while, adding this package back to CTAN can ensure it can be easily accessed by more people, especially people running TeXLive.

zhspacing – Spacing for mixed CJK-English documents in XeTeX
The package manages spacing in a CJK document; between consecutive Chinese letters, spaces are ignored, but a consistent space is inserted between Chinese text and English (or mathematics).
The package may be used by any document format under XeTeX.
