New package on CTAN: fcltxdoc

as i sat in the dentist's chair, the daemon prepared a series of
surprises for me:

thanks for the upload; i've installed the new version, and updated the
catalogue repository.

The package is not advertised for public use, but is necessary for the support of others of the author’s packages (which are compiled under the ltxdoc class).
