- Renamed the package name from uplatex-base to uplatex. - uplvers.dtx: We will not use uplpatch.ltx anymore. - uplatex.ini, uplatex.dtx: banner adjustment moved from hyphen.cfg.

uplatex – pLaTeX2ε and miscellaneous macros for upTeX

This is a community edition syncing with platex.
