CTAN update: e-french

Date: July 30, 2015 7:30:32 PM CEST
Raymond Juillerat submitted an update to the e-french package. Version number: 5.9995 2015-07-29 License type: lppl Summary description: Comprehensive LaTeX support for French-language typesetting. Announcement text:
Because frenchle as standalone package is now under obsolete versions, some users of it could encounter some problems with the code of their applications. This is the solution. Former users of frenchle must not change immediately their code if they install this last e-french package. Now frenchle is included in e-french. Each possibility, frenchle or french is in the same directory (french) and is called exactly the same way with the \usepackage{frenchle} or \usepackage{french}.
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/language/french/e-french More information is at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/e-french We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . Please join a users group; see http://www.tug.org/usergroups.html .
Thanks for the upload. For the CTAN Team Manfred Lotz

e-french – Comprehensive support for French-language typesetting

E-french is a distribution that keeps alive the work of Bernard Gaulle (now deceased), under a free licence.

It replaces the old “full” frenchpro (the “professional” distribution) and the light-weight frenchle packages.
