bmeps (BSD style license)		Converter from PNG/JPEG/NetPBM to EPS and PDF. EPS levels 1, 2 and 3 supported. Support for run-length compression, flate compression and ASCII85-encoding. Alpha channels can be used. When creating PDF-1.4 output the alpha channel can be transferred to the output file. When creating PDF-1.2, PDF-1.3 or EPS-3 the alpha channel can be converted into an image mask. For all output types one can use the alpha channel to mix against a background color.
