Edit 'thank you' page in a5 version

Names 'Michael John Downes' & 'Lan Thuy Pham' in page iv of a5 version of pdf file printed incorrectly for they are out of print area. Fix, please. I can read better in that version, but that mistake upset a little.

wrapfig.sty

In Opensuse 12.3 findet man in Yaste2 bei der Suche nach Wrapfig den Eintrag "texlive-wrapfig". Da dieser nicht in den notwendigen Zusatzrecourcen aufgeführt war, ist er so leicht nachzuinstalliern.

Ein Fehler in vielen Distributionen.

Input Syntax

The fields for head line and text support a rather small subset of the TeX language since you are probably used to it. The following constructions are supported:

An empty line starts a new paragraph.
The following control sequences are supported: TeX, eTeX, LaTeX, LaTeXe, BibTeX, XeTeX, XeLaTeX, TeXLaTeX, MetaFont, MetaPost, PicTeX, -, \, par,
Other control sequences remain untouched.

Note that HTML is escaped. Thus embedding links does not work!
