Nice de­sign, but ...

I re­ally like the de­sign of the new page; the lay­out is sim­ple but clear. How­ever, there's one thing I don't like about the new page: it's miss­ing a lot of in­for­ma­tion the old ver­sion pro­vided. For in­stance, a di­rect link to the doc­u­men­ta­tion of a pack­age was dis­played in the older ver­sion. Ad­di­tional in­for­ma­tion, like a note on pack­ages su­perced­ing an old pack­age, etc., are also miss­ing.

It would be re­ally nice to see the new page look­ing good \emph{and} pro­vid­ing the full in­for­ma­tion for a pack­age.

In­put Syn­tax

The fields for head line and text sup­port a rather small sub­set of the TeX lan­guage since you are prob­a­bly used to it. The fol­low­ing con­struc­tions are sup­ported:

  • An empty line starts a new para­graph.
  • The fol­low­ing con­trol se­quences are sup­ported: \TeX, \eTeX, \LaTeX, \LaTeXe, \BibTeX, \XeTeX, \XeLaTeX, \TeXLaTeX, \MetaFont, \MetaPost, \PicTeX, \-, \\, \par, \
  • Other con­trol se­quences re­main un­touched.
