T-Coffee Shading does not work

At least not for me. I keep getting the error message

" ! Improper alphabetic constant. <to be read again> \T@coffee0 l.225 \end{texshade} " The code I wrote is: \begin{texshade}{9seqali.aln} \shadingmode[9seqali.asc]{T-Coffee} \fingerprint{380} \end{texshade}

Using other shadings does seem to work just fine.

Input Syntax

The fields for head line and text support a rather small subset of the TeX language since you are probably used to it. The following constructions are supported:

  • An empty line starts a new paragraph.
  • The following control sequences are supported: TeX, eTeX, LaTeX, LaTeXe, BibTeX, XeTeX, XeLaTeX, TeXLaTeX, MetaFont, MetaPost, PicTeX, -, \, par,
  • Other control sequences remain untouched.

Note that HTML is escaped. Thus embedding links does not work!
