ac­cents-cs – Create a VF for the ac­cents used in Czech/Slo­vak

This a pro­gram, dis­tributed as WEB source, that takes the TFM for a (OT1) font, and gen­er­ates a vir­tual font (and as­so­ci­ated TFM file) for a font im­ple­ment­ing the KOI8-CS char­ac­ter cod­ing for Czech/Slo­vak.
