bashkirian – Bashkirian ex­ten­sion to OT2 fonts

The bashkirian fonts ex­tend the Wash­ing­ton Cyril­lic fonts with most char­ac­ters needed for the Bashkirian lan­guage. The ex­ten­sion char­ac­ters are in the up­per half of the char­ac­ter set (i.e., they're only ex­press­ible as 8-bit char­ac­ters).
