blkcntrl – Block-element hooks in LaTeX

The pack­age pro­vides pre- and post-hooks in verse, quote, and quo­ta­tion en­vi­ron­ments, and in foot­notes. Also pro­vides a com­mand to set block quo­ta­tions one size smaller than the main text.
