These are the latest Metafont sources of Knuthâs Computer Modern fonts.
Most modern TeX distributions will generate TFM and bitmap files automatically, as needed, but there are (nevertheless) distributions of Computer Modern TFM files and PK files (at an arcane, and archaic, range of resolutions).
If possible, get this package from your distribution using its installation manager. (For installation help, click on your distribution's name.)
