cpssp – Draw protein secondary structures

The pack­age, to­gether with the cpssp Python script, al­lows you to draw a two-di­men­sional rep­re­sen­ta­tion of a pro­tein’s sec­ondary struc­ture. The pack­age may also be used to graph­i­cally com­pare pro­tein sec­ondary struc­ture pre­dic­tions.
The pack­age makes use of pgf/TikZ.
