end­note – Generic "end­notes" code

A very sim­ple set of macros for pro­duc­ing end­notes (“in­stead of foot­notes”). The end­notes are saved in a box, which is re-emit­ted by a com­mand \pro­ducenotes; this tech­nique does not scale well.
For all its lim­i­ta­tions, the pack­age has the dis­tinc­tion of work­ing with most TeX for­mats (un­like the LaTeX-only end­notes, for ex­am­ple).
