fake­bold – A sim­ple macro for fak­ing bold fonts

The tech­nique is the ‘poor man's bold’ tech­nique of re­set­ting a glyph sev­eral times with slight dis­place­ments. No at­tempt is made to cor­rect kern­ing, etc.
