file­hdr – Self-de­scrip­tions in file head­ers

Func­tions for GNU Emacs Lisp to add “stan­dard” file head­ers to a file. Th­ese head­ers con­tain ev­ery­thing you might want to about a pack­age (and a lot you prob­a­bly wouldn’t), ex­cept that they don't hold any in­for­ma­tion about dis­tri­bu­tion or li­cens­ing.
