headerfooter – Define the layouts of page headers and footers

De­fines (for LaTeX 2.09) the com­mon model of left, cen­tre, right en­tries for both odd and even pages.
This, and sim­i­lar pack­ages, are now su­per­seded by fan­cy­hdr.
