De­fines an en­vi­ron­ment in­den­ta­tion that ad­justs its mar­gins rel­a­tive to the rest of the page.
Note that (un­like more mod­ern pack­ages such as changepage) the pack­age does not em­ploy a sur­round­ing list en­vi­ron­ment, so that the user needs to cre­ate any nec­es­sary skip above or be­low the in­dented mat­ter.
