ipa – LaTeX macros for us­ing WSUIPA fonts

The pack­age com­prises al­ter­na­tive LaTeX sup­port of the wsuipa fonts. On CTAN (and in the TeX live dis­tri­bu­tion), these macros are to be found with the fonts them­selves, but the MikTeX dis­tri­bu­tion holds them sep­a­rately.
