Brian Hamilton Kelly developed these fonts for personal use, taking the Greek mathematical symbols from the Computer Modern fonts as a starting point. The fonts are available in several styles, as Metafont source; the transliteration used is described in a paper accompanying the distribution.
Macro support is available, for use with LaTeX 2.09 (only).
This package is not available from either major free distribution, MiKTeX or TeX Live.
