lfonts-ams – Use AMS fonts as standard LaTeX 2.09 fonts
A replacement for the file lfonts.tex in the LaTeX 2.09 distribution, which treats the AMS symbol fonts as first-class citizens of LaTeX, in the same way as CM fonts are treated.
Note that the fonts used are the old msxm/msym set, which are only now available in virtual font form (based on the current symbol fonts msam/msbm.
