lineno – Line num­bers on para­graphs

Adds line num­bers to se­lected para­graphs with ref­er­ence pos­si­ble through the LaTeX \ref and \pageref cross ref­er­ence mech­a­nism.
Line num­ber­ing may be ex­tended to foot­note lines, us­ing the fn­li­neno pack­age.
