m-pictex – En­able PiCTeX to run with LaTeX

Re­duces the oc­cur­rence of the “no room for a new \di­men” prob­lem that some­times both­ers users PiCTeX (es­pe­cially when they are also us­ing LaTeX).
Note that the pack­age pictexwd per­forms a sim­i­lar func­tion; the prob­lem will al­most never arise if an e-TeX user uses the etex pack­age to pro­vide ex­tra reg­is­ters.
M-pictex is part of the ConTeXt sys­tem; ex­tract it from the file cont-tmf.zip in the ConTeXt dis­tri­bu­tion.
