memo-pln – Plain TeX macros for mem­o­randa

The macros gen­er­ate a ‘ban­ner’ for the top of the (first) page of a mem­o­ran­dum. (The macros are de­signed for CalTech, but chang­ing that part of the header would not be dif­fi­cult.)
