oc­cam – Strip un­nec­es­sary macros from a file

The Oc­cam macros aim to im­ple­ment, in TeX macros, what the au­thor char­ac­terises as the equiv­a­lent of Oc­cam's ra­zor: to pro­duce macro pack­ages that do ex­actly what a doc­u­ment needs, and no more.
The main aims of the pack­age are achieved by the macro pack­age Au­di­tor.tex, which ex­plores the macro def­i­ni­tions of the file; and macros for the Mac QEDM ed­i­tor to pro­cess the out­put of Au­di­tor and the orig­i­nal file to re­move un­nec­es­sary ma­te­rial (macros and re­lated stuff).
