smaller – Choose an "ad­ja­cent" size in LaTeX

De­fines two com­mands \larger and \smaller. Start­ing with text size \small, \larger will give you \nor­mal­size and \smaller will give you \foot­note­size—in each case, one step on the hi­er­ar­chy of LaTeX sizes.
