stree­tex – Struc­tural or­ganic chem­istry

The pack­age per­forms depth-in traver­sal of a struc­ture us­ing de­scrip­tions of bonds and ver­tex la­bels. Ad­di­tional fea­tures in­clude in­put of mass spec­tra and sim­ple flow charts.
The pack­age uses em­tex\spe­cial com­mands for line draw­ing (though the cat­a­loguer man­aged to com­pile the doc­u­men­ta­tion us­ing his dis­tri­bu­tion of dvips, which in­cludes sup­port for those ex­ten­sions).
