underlin-generic – Multi-word underlining

Pro­vides a sim­ple com­mand \tex­tul that will un­der­line a multi-word ar­gu­ment, al­low­ing line breaks be­tween words.
The ulem pack­age also pro­vides this func­tion (among oth­ers) in generic con­text; soul does the job, but is a LaTeX-only pack­age.
