un­dump – Make a new ex­e­cutable with for­mat loaded

Un­dump im­ple­ments the pre-we­b2c mech­a­nism for gen­er­at­ing a new ex­e­cutable from an ex­ist­ing ex­e­cutable and a core dump. The out­put ex­e­cutable con­tains all the mem­ory al­lo­cated by the run of the ex­e­cutable (up to its crash), and starts at main().
Dif­fer­ent Unix styles (of the time) each had their own un­dump rou­tine.
