The pack­age pro­vides an un­fin­ishe­den­vi­ron­ment con­ve­nient for mark­ing un­fin­ished sec­tions of a doc­u­ment. The en­vi­ron­ment com­plains if it thinks the doc­u­ment is not marked as a draft (in the sense of hav­ing \over­full­rule non-zero.
