vplu­tils – Ma­nip­u­late (vir­tual) prop­erty lists

The first two of a planned suite of tools, these are Perl scripts: – makevpl, which merges PL and VPL files, cre­at­ing a VPL file, and – spacevpl, which al­ters the spac­ing in a PL or VPL file.
