The given help files are a part of files (LaTeX symbols) in Russian. These files are designed for large fonts.
The author searches for the sponsors for preparation of English versions of help files on LaTeX. A necessary condition: the files will be was freely distributed. 
Besides the author invites to cooperation all wishing to take part in operation on translation of help files on the English language. The help on correction of computer translation is required.
At last, the author invites LaTeXperts to enlarge a content of a help file and assumes to update their content.
