This is a new package submission. The theme code and original documentation are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. The four bundled HUST vector PDFs are compiled outputs from hustvisual v1.0.0 (LPPL 1.3c); rights in the HUST institutional marks remain separate from those software licenses. The maintainer is coordinating with Huazhong University of Science and Technology regarding use and redistribution of the institutional identity. Please advise if a different CTAN catalogue license classification is preferred.
