Summary description: Database reports using LaTeX and .Net (or Mono)

<hr>This is a compatible rewrite of LaTeXDB (by Hans-Georg Eßer) or ratexdb (by 
myself) in C#/.Net. It works under Mono, too.

It is a preprocessor which performs SQL queries on a database and creates LaTeX 
code for the resulting rows. It implements a few improvements, e.g. regexp
