<pre>----- Forwarded message from "Wilson, Peter R" -----
I have uploaded hieroglf.tar.gz to dante/incoming. Please use this to replace the current fonts/archaic/hieroglf. The distribution is under the LPPL.

&gt;From the README:
The hieroglf package provides a Metafont version of about 75 Egyptian hieroglyphs from Serge Rosmorduc's comprehensive hieroglyph package. Sufficient glyphs are provided for writing a few names like Cleopatra or Ptolomeny (together with cartouches) and some numbers. There is a command for transliterating into a modern alphabet. The package is not for serious Egyptologists.

New in version 1.2
o Numerals
----- End forwarded message -----

Thanks for the upload. I installed it as suggested replacing the old
version in CTAN:fonts/archaic/hieroglf/
