* Sync ltjclasses and lltjext.sty with pLaTeX2e (development version: commit 66fb747). * Sync ltjsclasses with jsclasses 2016-12-13. * Fix an error when \thanks is used with ltjtarticle.cls. Note: internal commands for \\ are not patched by LuaTeX-ja. So a horizontal glue after \\ disappears, unlike pLaTeX2e.
