chbibref – Change the Bi­b­li­og­ra­phy/Ref­er­ences ti­tle

De­fines a sin­gle com­mand, \set­bibref, which sets whichever of \bib­name and \ref­name is in use. (\bib­name is used in book.cls and re­port.cls, and \ref­name is used in ar­ti­cle.cls.)
