Hyphen­ation pat­terns for the Croa­t­ian lan­guage for use with T1 en­cod­ing as sup­ported in EC fonts.
Note that these pat­terns are no longer used by dis­tri­bu­tions; a ver­sion of the pat­terns, en­coded in UTF-8, are the lo­ca­tion of cur­rent de­vel­op­ment.
