indxcite – Generate author index based on citations

A pack­age to au­to­mat­i­cally gen­er­ate an Author In­dex based on ci­ta­tions made us­ing BibTeX. It re­quires the use of the har­vard and in­dex pack­ages and LaTeX2ε.
