This font was developed for Metafont-for-SAIL, and the sources are no longer available (they wouldn't help much even if we had them). It is (just about) possible to use the fonts — available solely as a fixed-size 300dpi copy — as they are.
This package is not available from either major free distribution, MiKTeX or TeX Live.
