verbtext – Verbatim, interpreting non-ascii text
The package provides common verbatim facilities (inline text and text input from a file), and is set up to interpret other than plain ASCII text (specifically ISO 8859-1 and Microsoft code pages 437 and 850); nothing more than the cmtt font family is needed.
