The pack­age pro­duces wrap­pers for cigarette pack­ages. Th­ese have a dual pur­pose: – they en­able the ad­dict (for some small time) to for­get about the dam­age he/she is do­ing, and – they may be used to trans­mit al­ter­na­tive pro­pa­ganda.
