This package provides support files for the Monotype Imprint Shadow
font.
Installation:
1. Purchase and install the pfb file ImpriMTSha.pfb in
$TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/type1/monotype/imprintmtshadow
2. Unzip the file imprintmtshadow.tds.zip in $TEXMFLOCAL.
3. Add +miih.map to the configuration files of dvips, pdftex and your
dvi previewer.
4. Run texhash and updmap
