Installation:
automatic: - run make install
- run texhash or the corresponding command of your distribution
by hand: - execute latex on miller.ins
- execute latex on miller.dtx (2x)
- copy miller.sty to a place LaTeX can find it
- run texhash or the corresponding command of your distribution
