The "newspaper" package extends LaTeX by redefining the \maketitle command to resemble the heading of a newspaper. To install the package, move newspaper.sty to somewhere in your TeX tree where packages are stored. "newspaper" may be distributed and/or modified under the conditions of the LaTeX Project Public License, either version 1.3 of this licence, or any later version. The latest version of this license is at http://www.latex-project.org/lppl.txt and version 1.3 is part of all distributions of LaTeX version 2003/06/01 or later. newspaper – Typeset newsletters to resemble newspapers
The newspaper package redefines the page style and \maketitle command to produce a typeset page similar to that of a newspaper. It also provides several commands that (when used with other packages) simplify the writing of articles in a newspaper-style column format.
