non­float – Non-float­ing ta­ble and fig­ure cap­tions

Ad­justs the fig­ure and ta­ble en­vi­ron­ments to en­sure that cen­tered ob­jects as one line cap­tions are cen­tered as well. Also the ver­ti­cal spaces for ta­ble cap­tions above the ta­ble are changed.
