combelow – Typeset "comma-below" letters, as in Romanian

The pack­age de­fines a com­mand \cb that po­si­tions a comma be­low a let­ter, as re­quired (for ex­am­ple) in Ro­ma­nian type­set­ting. The com­mand is ro­bust, but in­ter­feres with hy­phen­ation.
