desclist – Extended "description" lists

The pack­age im­ple­ments a de­sclist en­vi­ron­ment, which is sim­i­lar to the de­scrip­tion en­vi­ron­ment, but of­fers more flex­i­bil­ity in for­mat­ting la­bels. The pack­age also mod­i­fies the de­scrip­tion en­vi­ron­ment to pro­vide an op­tional pa­ram­e­ter that is a pro­to­type for eval­u­a­tion of the hang­ing in­den­ta­tion of the list.
